The hotel provided free on-site parking, a great benefit. My room was spacious, especially the bathroom with its large bathtub. They also stored my bags before check-in and after check-out. This was VERY convenient.
The TV in my room did not work. I reported it, but it was never fixed.

the location was acceptable , as it was near amenities.
the room i was assigned felt quite worn. the bathroom fixtures was old , and the shower pressure was inadequate. there was also a noticeable amount of noise from outside , disturbing my sleep.

the hotel has an excellent location near the railway station and the citadel. i found lots of bars and restaurants close by, very convenient for dining options. the staff were helpful and friendly (bryony and lena especially).
the building had scaffolding around it and the hotel name was hard to see. i think locating it would be difficult even without scaffolding. it was a friday night and street noise was very loud until 4:00 am.
